Well. On we go. We move now from silly and clever historical mystery to awesome and clever science fiction adventure. But first, let me ask you a question: What would be the best team-up ever? Sure, there are lots of possible answers to this question. But if “Boy, robot, and mammoth” was your guess (or if you wish it was), then you’re in luck.

Our next book is the crazy and amazing sci-fi adventure The Boy at the End of the World, by Greg van Eekhout. I’ve already described it to you! Boy, robot, and mammoth team up in a fight for survival in a futuristic world. Oh, there’s also a talking , gun-carrying prairie dog.

Does this sound awesome, or does it sound amazing? I think both.

Meeting: Thursday, March 27, 6:30-7:30 pm
