April Book Post – Smells Like Dog

It’s finally happened! The last couple of years, I’ve tried to have a month where the guys choose the book, but with little success. Usually you guys could come up with some titles, but then nobody voted on the blog poll! So I ended up picking.

But not this time! Four books were nominated, four votes were cast, and we’ve picked a winner!

Our April book is Smells Like Dog, by Suzanne Selfors. I’m excited because I haven’t read this book before. Plus, after a bit of research, I found out that Ms. Selfors lives in Washington. And not only that, she lives on Bainbridge Island, where I grew up! Crazy!

Our school library has two copies of this book, but we already gave them out at the meeting. So your best bet is to find it at the public library. You might have to request it to get it sent to your branch. Here it is.
